Please contact support IMMEDIATELY with your new shipping address for your current order.
This must be done before order status changes to "Shipped".
Important Note: Please remember to include as many details as possible and double check all the spelling is correct. Include: House/Unit number, Street name/number, your town/city/state and postcode.
Please also double check that your Contact Number is correct as this is necessary for the delivery agents.
If your product has already left origin country (China), then we will not be able to redirect it for you.
You may check your delivery status with your tracking number and link in your order.
Please contact Support via the form immediately and you will be given instructions on how to redirect your parcel to you via your country's local delivery service.
When your DecaMove is shipped you will get an email with your tracking number included.
Please note that it may take some time for the shipping company to update the system with your tracking number. Please note: It will take anywhere from 5-10 days to arrive, not including 1 day for processing.
Log in to your Deca Account, Click on blue Profile Icon in top right corner of page,
Click on 'Payments' tab from the menu.
Edit or add payment method, then click Save.
Once the refund is processed, it should take 5-7 business days to return to your account.
Please check your spam mail first. If it isn't in there, please also check that the email you are checking is the same email you used to make your Deca account. If all above fails, please contact support to assist you.
This is common practice for certain countries and in order to receive your product, you will have to pay the tax or start a revolution against your government's oppressive taxation laws (which we will take no responsibility for!)
If the item is defective or damaged, contact our support team via the contact form for further help, as there may be quicker ways to help you before needing to ship to us.
- Print out the Purchase Receipt.
- Pack the product with all of it’s included accessories and original packaging along with the printed receipt.

We recommend using EMS postal service. - On the delivery package, you should write the words, “Returning product for refund”.
